I firmly believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and attending to your mental well-being is essential to living your best life. I serve adolescent/teen girls and women (ages 12-35+) with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I am communicative and collaborative in my approach and tailor my orientation based on each individual's specific and unique needs.
